Hello Imagine Parents!
The Imagine PAC wants to start this year off with connection and good conversation so we are turning our AGM into an AGM & Dinner!
Join us in person this Monday, Sept 22 at 6:30pm for Dinner before our AGM at Imagine High!
We really need parents to come out and get involved with the PAC this year! Just one meeting a month and a little discussion over email between meetings. Joining a high school PAC is a much smaller commitment than elementary but your involvement is vital to our kids getting extra financial support. We are at risk of losing thousands of dollars that help pay for school clubs and extra curriculars without parents willing to help on the executive.
Did you know? As a parent or guardian of an Imagine High student, you’re already automatically a member of our PAC. That means you have both a voice and a vote in shaping our school community. Joining PAC is an incredible way to:
✨ Connect with other parents
✨ Share your ideas and have a say in how we financially support the school
✨ Positively impact the learning environment for all Imagine students
Our PAC Executive positions - Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, DPAC Rep and Members at Large - are all open for nomination at our upcoming AGM. You can nominate yourself or someone you know (with their permission, of course!). These roles are a rewarding way to make a real difference, with a time commitment of just a couple hours per month.
📅 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: September 22, 7:00 PM
Location: Online via TEAMS - Click Here to Join! (Our AGM agenda and past minutes are attached) Even if you’re not interested in an executive role, we encourage you to attend! The AGM is a chance to meet fellow parents, learn more about what PAC does, and see how your involvement, big or small, can benefit our kids.
If you’d like more information about the executive positions, or if you’re ready to put your name forward, please email iss-pac@sd33.bc.ca
Together, parents have the power to create lasting impact! We’d love for you to be part of it. See you September 22!
